Updates on the munin project front

The munin project trac got a bit of attention.

• Moved from a shared project server to a dedicated server
• Upgraded from 0.10.3 to 1.0
• Database migrated from sqlite to PostgreSQL
• Connected to the new git repositories instead of the old subversion repository.

The earlier conversion from SVN to Git has speeded up contributions quite a bit.

I'm very happy with the rate of pull requests on the contrib repository, which was moved first.

The munin repository has also proven to be a valuable intetgration point for contributions from distribution package maintainers and users.
